Each RMG is "made to order" by hand, with our highest attention to detail.

Shipping and Returns


Shipping Information


Shipping Terms


All RaceMesh™ Grilles are shipped UPS Ground, and usually ship within 26-30 days after order is received, under normal circumstances. Custom work (paint, custom parts, special requests, etc..) may take longer. 


NOTE: Specialty non-standard orders - please contact us for turnaround time. May be up to 1 additional week. 


NOTE: RaceMesh™ Grilles are "made to order", and are usually not stocked "ready to ship". 


APO Addresses Require Special consideration and at times may require a 10% service fee. 


Shipping, Handling, Packaging, Tracking 


All packages will be shipped via trackable means. ( UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail / FedEx services on request ) It is the responsibility of the buyer to request insurance (additional insurance) at the time of purchase. We usually only insure (to cover parts, and or materials) packages when we are shipping OEM parts as part of the order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to request Signature Confirmation services at time of order, or any other special handling services. 


Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, there is an additional cost to ship to these locations - please contact us for shipping cost quote prior to ordering. 


All international shipments are via UPS, unless otherwise specified by buyer.


Out of Stock: All RaceMesh Grilles are not stocked on a shelf in a warehouse, each one is "made to order" and custom fabricated by hand to ensure a precise fit and finish, so approximately 26-30 days should be allowed for production of your order. The last thing we want is for your RMG parts not fit your vehicle, or be built incorrectly per your custom specifications. So, to avoid this, we often ask for VIN information and or pictures of your grille application areas BEFORE we build your order so we can ensure the RMG will fit your vehicle.


Returns 


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee up to 25% of the original purchase price. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. If the wrong product is shipped to you, you will not be responsible to pay for any shipping. On any approved refunds, your money will be returned in the manner in which you paid: PayPal, Money Order / Cashiers Check. For PayPal payments, we are not responsible for any transaction fees that PayPal charges you for the receipt of money. Product Return Information All RaceMesh™ Grilles are custom "made to order" and are generally NOT returnable. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored to correct any issues, we may grant a Return Merchandise Authorization ( RMA# ). Note: 1 


Refunds issued in the following manner:

  • Unopened – 15% restocking fee
  • Opened, but non-installed – 20% restocking fee
  • Opened, partially installed – Contact Us for Details (Up to 35% restocking fee)
  • Custom orders are non-refundable, unless prior arrangements have been made
  • A PICTURE MUST BE PROVIDED OF DAMAGED PARTS

We promise to be completely fair in our assessment of each situation.


Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer's original packaging, and received by RaceMesh™ Grilles within 25 days of date of shipment tracking notification. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale & a valid RMA* (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No COD refunds accepted.


The order will need to be sent back in the original box, packaged the same way you received it, with the RMA# written on the package. Returns shipped to RaceMesh Grilles without an RMA number will be refused!


We will not accept any returns if the product was installed or damaged during installation. The product must be returned in resalable condition. Upon inspection you will be refunded the amount of the product, NOT THE SHIPPING COST. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the order being sent back to RaceMesh Grilles. You must enclose the copy of your invoice receipt so we can process the return. 


When packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the container over your signature on the receipt to the carrier. If you discover a damaged part after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. We provide properly packaged contents at the time of carrier pickup. Direct claims to the carrier. We package ALL products at the utmost care, and on a case by case assessment, we may choose to insure the package.  It is the responsibility of the customer to request insurance of product at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for broken shipments where insurance is not selected or requested. Please contact us if you wish to add insurance to your order. 


Authorized returns must be sent with an RMA:

 It is the responsibility of the buyer to request insurance at the time of purchase. 


Note: 1 - Applies to orders that include, but are not limited to, custom paint work or finishes, OEM parts, specialty or one-off fabrications. 


Guarantee/Warranty


 NOTES: Body Color Matched paint work and custom painted parts are not guaranteed to be an exact match since we do not have a paint sample from the source vehicle. Custom painted parts are not warranted against chipping etc. and we highly recommended that the customer takes measures to protect the surface with a clear bra material or similar type of protection as this area of the vehicle is a high impact area due to road hazards/debris. 


All parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Defective merchandise can be replacement for free in most cases. There is no warranty if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Customers assume all liability and risk when using high performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts used during competition, track, AutoCross, and/or driving school events. 


RaceMesh™ Grilles are warranted for a one-year limited warranty or 12,000 miles whichever occurs first. Customer shall notify RaceMesh™ Grilles within 48 Hours of defects discovery. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested, and or allowed an opportunity to correct the defect. 


There is no warranty if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Customers assume all liability and risk when using high-performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts used during competition, track, AutoCross, and/or driving school events. 


Product Use

 It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations.


Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C))
